A total of 21 racers arrived for the UKRRA event at Raceway 81 for the 3rd round of the 2019 championship and the first time that all classes of Retro cars have raced on the new track. The majority of racers arrived on the Friday for early doors practice and the event started on the Saturday morning with saloon practice.  Saloon and Formula One raced on the Saturday (along with some Can-Am and retro/tottenham sports practice. Sunday comprising of Can-Am And Retro Sports / Tottenham sports. For those unaware of the difference between Tottenham Retro and retro Sports;- Tottenham is for cars of the design and construction raced at Tottenham racway in the 70’s. Retro Sports run the same motors and construction materials, but allow racers to design new ideas utilising the same materials within a specific rule set.

Raceway 81 would like to thank all racers who competed in the event and travelled the length and breadth of the country to do so. We hope you all had a good time on the track and at the traditional Bowes Incline evening meal on the Saturday.
