1/24th Scale British Open Championship Round one February 21st - 23rd

Despite a historically pathetic turn out, the racers who arrived for the first round of the series were definitely up for some fun and tough competition!

Due to said entry and knowledge of a late comer entry from Richard Kettleson, the program was adapted with longer practice sessions and a relaxed but fast event (outstripping last years results)  proceeded through the weekend with a nice early finish on Sunday afternoon at 3pm , allowing those who had made the journey an early start for home.

Many thanks go to the racers who made the effort and special mention should be made of Martin Ellis who has never managed to complete all 3 classes either at the previous R81 venue or last year the the new one. He ended up with 2 wins and a second. A truly great victor ludorum!
